About Us
Partners Robert and Joshua Honey are a father and son team which started Blue Water Valuation Services in 2012. Robert is a retired Air Traffic Controller with 26 years of experience. He started training as a real estate appraiser in 2010 and was certified in 2012. Joshua began his training in 2011 and earned his certification in 2014. Both Robert and Joshua pride themselves on a quality report with attention to detail and the latest trends in real estate, value determination, and marketability. As the business has grown, Joshua’s wife, Lauren, left her position (2013) to assist him with day to day operations; Robert’s wife, Linda, also joined the company in 2015.
